Apple Cider Vinegar has proved to be very beneficial for health. But before understanding about its benefits let’s understand what is Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). ACV is a type of vinegar which is made from fermented apple juice. It comes in two forms: Filtered and unfiltered (also known as ACV with mother).
